Mick Hazlewood
Hi Kay, perhaps if you have not got the time to do a Duathlon your dog might like to enter on ?. Must be a fit dog with all the training it's doing with you.
Mrs DAVIES
Run a disused rail line to Edgbaston Reservoir. Throw the stick in the Reservoir for the dog (swims right in to reservoir) whilst I am running laps. Run back along the disused rail line. Aquathon Dog. Haven't tried her on the bike yet. Bloody disaster I reckon!

stumpy
Sean, I'm on a mission matey Another 22 trainer road sessions under the belt since my last posting, some of them are beginning to hurt now, but most are just tough needing more mental determination. I'm happy with the progress as proved by a 30 min thresh hold test performed on the 9th.March giving me 214 Watts normalised power, with my heart rate only going over FTHR during the final 10 mins there's still a long way to go yet but a least I know from my rowing that it's little steps that gets you there in the end. FTP 215 Watts
