  1. No Lenches, goodo, I'm there! Assume after Feckenham, it's Inkberrow, Radford etc.
  2. When I came back from Broadacres on Thursday, the 200yd stretch between Flying Horse Lane and Bradley Green was very rideable, apart from build up in the centre and edges, so should be OK by now. Stick with Plan A though to avoid any confusion, so will meet you at Himbleton or thereabouts, as per Alan's plan.
  3. See you at the end of Bouts Lane c10 - 10.10am.
  4. I'll be out. Assume Feckenham, Bouts Lane, then left at A422 to Cookhill?
  5. I should be out tomorrow. I should have stayed at Springridge overnight, as I've been there today with Jen: her first ride back since the big incident. None to report this time, thank goodness.
  6. See you in the morning, probably at PB or en route. Belated Happy Birthday to Hilary, hope you put the feet up for once!
  7. Goodo Bosses 1 & 2 and Happy Birthday to Mick - or is he just fooling us, given the date? I'll meet you at the end of Bouts Lane on the A422 Inkberrow - Cookhill Rd at c10.15ish. I'll get the train back.
  8. I'll decide in the morning but will see you at PB if going.
  9. I plan to be out, long coms a kimbo. Which route from Feckenham John, I may meet you at Radford or wherever?
  10. Won't be out sadly, out to lunch with the neighbours. See you Tuesday.
  11. I may give it a miss too, depending on the temps and road surfaces, so still tbc.
  12. I'll meet you at PB c10.40, although Hillers may be busy on a Sunday. Agree re the short ride sentiments though, do handlebars go at the front or the back, I can't remember?!
  13. Not sensible biking weather, may see you at Broadacres on 4 wheels, if we don't do a walk instead.
  14. Thanks Moira, welcome back to the warm! Similar situation re lack of longer miles, so will have a think and may join you at the bottom of Coalash. Forecast looks OK, if cold and windy again. Happy birthday to Gordon.
  15. Weather permitting, I'll meet you at PB or Flying Horse Lane And belated happy birthdays to Bev & Phil!
  16. Ditto re the rest, I need to get out but a nippy f/cast with rain possible late morning. I'll see what tomorrow brings (apart from another Sunday).
  17. See you at the X roads, if I can remember how to ride a bike, as I seem to have reverted to Newbie!
  18. Which route (weather permitting) and I'll probably join you? Assume Flying Horse and PB going out? Sorry to hear about Mick Edgeworth, certainly one of life's and cycling's characters and stories about the leg are legion (no, not British or Foreign!).
  19. Which way will you be going and I'll decide in the morning? Lenches into a 25mph headwind? No comment!
  20. I won't be out, too hilly for me, following a month out due to the accident and mum's passing. Won't be out Tuesday either, hope to see you on Thursday!
  21. I'll meet you with Jen and Barry at Cookhill, weather claimed to be good!
  22. Jen and I got soaked on Thursday and met Dave M at the caff (the latter in the car). A no-show from the wimps! Forgot to add that today we're at a neighbour's 80th birthday bash at 12.30, so went out early with a loop to Springridge. See you Tuesday, weather permitting!
  23. Too far for Jen, so we'll do a shorter ride, which also means I can avoid Astwood hill! Have a good ride, see you Tuesday.
  24. Looks like a no go from this end too then. I may go out for a couple of hours earlyish with Jen, as we did on Thursday. What a bunch of wimps - it's summer! Sorry to hear about your enforced curtailment Barry, hope all goes well, best wishes to your wife and let us know if you need any help.
