  1. Hope to see you at PB for a shorter ride.
  2. Fine by me if I'm out but I need to get another coat of stain on the new conservatory frame, with enough drying time, so will decide on the morrow. If so, I'll pick you up on the long mile, approaching Philpott Towers c10.30ish.
  3. If there's no ice around, I may be out, although 'tis decidedly nippy. If so, I'll see you at Bouts or thereabouts and I hope we're sitting inside at Hillers!
  4. I may be out but the f/cast is 3deg at 10am, feeling like 0, so a bit iffy. Which way are you going out John? Happy New Year all and a belated happy birthday to Bev.
  5. Weather dependent, I'll either join you on 2 wheels, or go by 4. Latter looks more likely at the mo but they do very occasionally get it wrong.
  6. Another soggy and windy 'un, I did mange to get out on Friday in the wind but punctured on hedge cuttings! A Happy Christmas to all our riders, stay sober(ish) and see you next week or in 2024.
  7. Sorry, won't be out, at a family bash. So I'll miss the club run, the Chaddesley old codgers do and drinkies at a neighbours! Everything happens at once at this time of year, don't it? May be out Tuesday.
  8. I'm planning on joining you, weather permitting, so will see you at PB or en route to Philpott Towers.
  9. Should be out, looks like the cold feet season's arrived, so winter kit being rolled out for the first time this year. See you at Bouts, or top o' t 'ill.
  10. See you at Bouts. We have swarms of white flies, ladybirds and cluster flies, with plenty around on a short ride with Jen. The insects fight back!
  11. I'll be out weather permitting, I need the miles. See you at PB c9.50ish.
  12. I'll see you at Bouts, subject to no thunderstorms, which seem to be forecast at the mo. Probably changed by tomorrow.
  13. See you about Bouts or thereabouts. Shouldn't need boats.
  14. Plan A = PB. Plan B = see you at the caff with Jen. Plan C = walk to the caff, it's only at the bottom of the garden: perhaps the fairies will give us a lift. Or we could get the Isle of Wight fairy or go by bus. See you somewhere anyway, unless it's wet.
  15. A bit close to home but weather permitting (which looks OK), I'll see you at PB. A possibility of Jen also coming but won't know until tomorrow, a busy day with our canal cruise today!
  16. See you at PB or Radford, weather permitting.
  17. I'll meet you at the end of Bouts Lane. If I've recovered from the 8hrs of hedge cutting today. Belated Happy Birthdays to Mr & Mrs P.
  18. I'm out, weather permitting, mudguard a kimbo it seems. See you at PB or thereabouts.
  19. Many thanks for the birthday greetings, happy birthday Julie. Wish I was 60 too (no that's not 62)! Glad Moira like the new posh top, a prezzie from Jen, who would have joined us had she not put her back out, doing up her shoes! Wait 'til you're in your 70s ladies!
  20. Will probably see you there, around 11ish I assume? Plan to drop into Solihull RR HQ first with Jen, then we'll both ride to Broadacres with fishing rods a kimbo!
  21. Thanks all, see you tomorrow, forecast looking good.
  22. See you in the morning, probably PB (weather permitting).
  23. Thanks John, see you at Bouts (or thereaBouts!).
  24. No Lenches, goodo, I'm there! Assume after Feckenham, it's Inkberrow, Radford etc.
  25. When I came back from Broadacres on Thursday, the 200yd stretch between Flying Horse Lane and Bradley Green was very rideable, apart from build up in the centre and edges, so should be OK by now. Stick with Plan A though to avoid any confusion, so will meet you at Himbleton or thereabouts, as per Alan's plan.
