  1. Not too optimistic about this week’s run, the weather forecast is diabolical. However, try and be optimistic, just do a short ride to The Shop and Cafe at Crowle. 10 o’clock at Tardebigge. 🀞🚴🏽 πŸš΄β€β™€οΈ
  2. Sorry Barry, miscalculation, it was about 11 when we got there, I’ll give you a point. Six of us started out ( a bit late ) Gordon, Roger, Kevin Y. Mick, Chris T. and me. Gordon turned off and went his own way. The rest of us went on to the cafe where Alan P. had already arrived. Rode home together, and there were a few aching legs. 🚲
  3. It will be Priest’s Bridge, Radford, about twenty minutes after starting. 🀞 ,
  4. Forecast looks dry and quite mild, if a bit breezy, so let’s go to Clive’s of Cropthorne. 10 o’clock, Tardebigge. πŸš΄πŸ½πŸš΄β€β™€οΈ

  6. Got to Tardebigge, no one there, few minutes later Chris P. came riding round the corner, then Roger came. Not much enthusiasm but off we went, only did about two miles and down went my back tyre, Oh Bother, nice wet muddy tyre, so fixed it and carried on. Few more miles, the rain 🌧 started, slowly getting heavier. We decided then to keep turning right, and somehow we ended up at Broad Acres, so in we went, There were a lot of cyclists out today, and most of them were in Broad Acres. Had a pleasant three quarters of an hour eating and drinking and chatting, before going back out into the elements and riding home, with the wind πŸ’¨. Did twenty seven miles, but.at least we got out. 🚲
  7. I know the weather doesn’t look good, but let’s aim for Pershore and see how things go, we could always do a nonstoper , or a short ride if the rain starts. 10 o’clock, Tardebigge. πŸš΄β€β™€οΈπŸš΄πŸ½

  12. We had six out with us today, one of whom, Alan P. was already at Evesham when the rest of us got there, the rest of us being, Mick, Roger, Kevin Y. Phil and me. It was a windy day, again, and that made quite a hard ride, but never mind, it was dry and not too cold. So that was the first Sunday ride of the year. 🚲
  13. Happy birthday Bev, have a good day. Ann and John. πŸ·πŸ·πŸŽ‚πŸ·

  17. Five of us at Tardebigge this morning, however, Roger,in his car had forgotten his gloves and so decided to go back home. Now down to four, Kevin Y. Phil C. Ivor and me, we set off towards Croome. Ivor turned off a little later and went his own way. And now there were three, so on we went riding into quite a strong head wind πŸ’¨. We got to the cafe to find the rest of the gang, Moira, Bev, Kevin R. Alan P. And Mick H. so that was eight all together, that’s more like it. There were a lot of other people at the cafe as well, it’s a very popular place. After getting fed and watered, we all rode home together, with the wind πŸ’¨. Although the temperature never went above seven degrees, it didn’t feel cold, not a bad day for the end of the year. 🚲
  18. What we need after the excesses of the last few days, is a nice gentle ride to Croome Park. 10 o’clock, Tardebigge πŸš΄β€β™€οΈ 🚴🏽

  22. It wasn’t a warm day, and that wind was blowing hard again, but we (6) got a ride in. We went to a very nice cafe at Bishampton, it was full of cyclists, could do with being a bit bigger, but that’s always a problem. Anyway, it only rained for a short time, so we didn’t get too wet. Today’s riders were:- Moira B. Chris Pardoe Roger B. Chris Poole Chris T. John S. 🚲
  23. Bishampton, via Throgmorton. 10 o’clock, Tardebigge. 🚴🏽 πŸ•³πŸš΄β€β™€οΈ
  24. Happy birthday Chris, many happy returns. Ann and John. πŸΊπŸŽ‚
  25. Eight of us started out together, but Mrs. Davis and Ivor went off to Bishampton, so that left Bev, Kev R. Kevin Y. Roger, Chris T. and me. We battled on through the elements, the strong wind that is, and got to the cafe just as Chris P. arrived. We hadn’t been to this cafe before, and I must say it was very nice, I don’t think it could have been very old. There weren’t many people in there and we were served very quickly. Back into the wind, we ride back home. Apart from the wind, it was a very nice day, right up until I was about a mile and a half from home, when the rain 🌧 started, and by the time I got home I was drenched. The joys of cycling. 🚲
