Those who braved the elements are Heroes . Feel almost but not quite guilty as I went spinning at Dolphin centre wind free and dry followed by an amazing shower (the hot kind).

Spinning was warm ,shower was great . Went to use club card on reader ,didn't work ,scratched head tried again . Beyond my comprehension before tea time . A passing young person (40s) pointed out my Driving licence stuck to the back hence no bar code. Not long now till they come to fetch me.

Found the Cycle Studio on a factory Estate Enfield . Road between the island where the baths were and the Fire Station . Details on T Internet. Very helpful knowledgeable with a coffee machine

My face isn't that fat just had my mouth full . One glance at the scales will confirm this is a usual occurrence If anyone wants to know how to forearm smash a concrete post with full body weight behind it I am willing to disclose for thwe price of a cup of tea! .
