Mick and I completed a non stop (almost) lap of Lakeside today in a non record time .
Then we went to the Tardebigge Inn to discuss training for new easy challenges .
Started off a bit early at Bouts lane as I had seen no one I decided to replicate last weeks Springridge run and to my astonishment I remembered the way !!!
I was far less than amazing and reached home after a brief stop extremely tired .
No idea where your stop was .Looking forward to the announcement.(After a drum role)
Thanks for stopping to allow me to follow you . Not too bad when flat but as soon as the road stated to rise not so much fun . I cut off when there was rain in the air which fortunately stopped so I did a few more miles . My legs were wobbly when I got off my bike .
I am a work in progress.
Was on my own when I went up the shortish v sharp hill to church (I'm not know for common sense ) near the top a chocolate Labrador came barking ,tail wagging to get in my way . I fell into and under the hedge on my right . head below feet and stuck in the bike ! as I normally have trouble getting up from the floor this was very problematical to say the least. I rested for 5mins then really struggled but made it . I am sure you probably would have to watched but selfishly I was happy you missed it.
I cannot praise Julie enough for her report . So glad she insisted she was the one to write it .....
Had meant to ride home with the bunch but suddenly remembered we had guests for lunch . Back late but got away with it unscathed.
Despite the Lenches enjoyed the day particularly the tea break good old chat and laugh'

As you passed me John shouted ,gestured to o a U tern and follow,unfortunately the speed they were going was such that I couldn't have turned and caught up . Yes I did go left through to Evesham cafe .Long tiring ride on my own . I wish I had known you were going to Hillers . Wind nearly did me in.Missed the company.
I went Little Alne ,Shelfied ,Sambourne and then as I had my head down a very hilly route to Cookhill ,Upper Bentley home . Then non stop to prepare 5 veg and Chicken for dinners for 5.
Thing I might be too tired to eat it.
Obviously the positive thinking will prevail
..if it doesn't we can go down the road to The Herons Nest the power of thinking on your feet !
