We have had fantastic support from a Birmingham based legal company. The solicitor Michelle is working with has offered to come along and run through what you need to do if ever you do get hit. We did try the CTC initially, which we expected would be very cycle friendly, but at the end of the day, we were very disappointed with the response from the Legal company the CTC pass you on to. Can you let us know if the club would like to take him up on this offer. In true cycling club style, he is not expecting to be paid. If so, who do I talk to ?? Chris.
