Ivor led the B group, which after yesterday’s Audax I was glad to be part of and headed off to Evesham where we rendezvoused with the A group. Alas when the A group arrived the cafe was overrun with people so we decided to regroup and ride for Craycombe. So for the B group that was two cafe stops (doesn’t get much better than that) After that we all rode for home together. DaveM Posted May 20, 2013 Report Share Posted May 20, 2013 This is a piece of the famous (or infamous) Raphael's Cafe Bread Pudding. I say piece but it's really a slab or block. Evesham folk use this as flood defences in the same way as others use sand bags. Pete and Ivor both successfully finished one each. Pete getting under the hour!
