I thought northerners were tough and used to rain? ;-) In mitigation, I left when I was 18 and living in the South and Midlands has diluted the blood and taken it's toll, quite apart from the ageing process. Run for a pacey ride towards Hillers. We overtook what I assume was the Beacon B run on the way. Joined up at Hillers with some of our "rural" members.
