I thought I'd share some of the details in case any of you were interested. The race is held on the first Saturday of September annually. The event is 268km and spans across four Himalayan mountain passes. Apparently only 21 riders finished last years race, the event is THAT tough! Only one rider from the UK has ever completed the event! A company called Live The Adventure are the only accredited body outside of Bhutan allowed to promote the event.
