ChrisKENT Posted February 14, 2015 Report Share Posted February 14, 2015 A combined run today due mainly to lack of numbers with several notable absentees! John Shelley, Garry, Chris Poole, Peter, Leigh, Vince, Dave Hughes & 2 other Beacon protaganists (names unknown to myself) went to Alcester with Garry & John setting a brisk but bearable pace for most of the outward ride! Dave Mitchell joined in along the way round about Radford but then disappeared before the stop. Yours truly together with Leigh & Pete went to the sensible & value cafe' (Sharon's on the industrial Estate) whilst the "well heeled" remainder opted for the "fancy up-market place" on the High Street never to be seen again. A very pleasant outing all in all and I trust everyone else got home safe & sound without incident. Leigh & I had a steady very pleasant ride home together!!
