The pace was pretty respectable with the A's today both on the outward leg and also the return home. Gypsy Rose was going well on his single freewheel and returning the pain inflicted on him In previous weeks, well trying to anyway. Great to see a good turnout on arrival at the cafe from the B's and an excellent choice of venue which offers a superb array of coffee and cake. ( Yummy ). I think he was having a few niggles on the return journey, I just hope there were no ill effects after today's ride If you read this Ken let us know..
