Sure enough, unlucky it was, as I got stuck for an hour and twenty minutes on the M6 on the way, arriving at the race H.Q 10 minutes before I was due to start. I was given a late start, allowing me twenty minutes to get changed, set the bike up and get to the line. Oh and by this time it was pouring down with rain. So not the most enjoyable of rides, not getting my head round things till about three miles left. Hence 27.03. Sole Saracen rider today. But, on the bright side my day was made by having the privilege to take part in the same event as Laura Trott and Elinor Barker. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
