Breezy conditions and a poor road surface saw all the field a minute down on their normal times. All though Gary did not enjoy the ride he still recorded a commendable 27:34. Well done Gary. I have ridden this course myself in previous years both over 10 and 25 miles and the road surface has always been very poor and given that it single carriageway you have a problem in trying to find a bit of smooth Tarmac to ride on.
