Leigh
My wife decided to co opt me as an 'expert' into a sports aid gym based spinning session. I was rubbish at it . Very good on the excuses , my lungs are playing me up , different type of bike ...gearing , set up . Fancy paying out good money to practice dying !!! Good news . I've told all the good ones the club is at present and for some time full with no new recruiting.
Sean Barker
I'm the same Leigh, put me on a bike in the great outdoors and I can cycle all day but in a gym with that air conditioning I'm struggling to breath in no time and the boredom factor is unbearable. Leigh
Sean ,it would never be boring with a raconteur (spell checked ) like you present !
Mrs DAVIES
I found it torture but it does make you fit. Tabata intervals make you the fittest. Studio cycling is based on them. I managed to recruit all the girls to Cycling. They proudly come up To me in the changing rooms and declare, "I've come on my bike today! Do you know I take it everywhere now! I usually feel ashamed at this point as I've come in the car! What's wrong with a few more fit ladies coming cycling? Nothing!
