Sean Barker
While out riding the Audax yesterday I lost count of the amount of times I cycled blindly through flooded roads but the River Tame, Northeast of Lichfield was a sight to behold as it consumed surrounding farmlands turning once green pasture into a vast lake. Taken at about 7:30am you can just make out the river to the right There has been flooding along this river for the last month or so but never to this extent. Again you can just make out the river to the left of the picture
Sean Barker
I rode the same permanent Audax yesterday, some five days later and the floods had abated somewhat Here is a photo from virtually the same spot
rovi
Hopefully the floods will recede quicker than we expect. My opinion for what it"s worth.
