Sean Barker
Well it’s looking like it’s going to be a dry day but bitterly cold. The temperature is forecast to be hovering around 3 degrees.

rovi
No, Laura,if it is very cold 2 things happen.(1) If it is frosty (potentially slippy)DONT GO OUT!(2) If it is below 5deg.C someone else will have tolead the run (too cold for Ivor).Fingers crossed for tomorrow. Sean Barker
I shall be there and if Ivor isn’t there to take the ride I’ll take us to Droitwich (Julie's) as if needs be I know gritted routes there and back. Of course if it's icy then discretion will take the better part of valour.
Lancashire Lad
I'll be there if the horse will. Sean has created a new image for me following my report on our journey to Port Alcester
DaveM
I have a hospital appointment tomorrow so can't join you at the start but will try to get to Julies to meet up. Watch out for Black Ice!!!!!!!!!!

Sean Barker
Looks OK for me. If Ivor doesn't show I'll lead us down to Julies at a steady and careful pace, where if we are lucky Dave might meet up with us

Sean Barker
We did wait for you Laura but figured that was what happened. There were six of us who braved the cold and it was cold but a stunningly sunny and beautiful autumn morning. Pete and Ken were keen to head to Wootten Wawen and as they knew the way they led into the bright sunshine. That was my first time to visit that particular destination but one I'll look forward to visiting again. We did get split as we left the cafe as I waited for Leigh and by the time we gave chase we had lost the rest. Today's group consisted of Pete Cooper Len Harrison Gary Woodward Barry Lucas Sean Barker Big Gear Bob
Lancashire Lad
Sean We turned left out of the café and waited 3/4 mins at the end of the road about 1/2 mile from the café , Leigh said he would catch us up but nobody arrived, we assumed he knew the way so the 4 of us set off. Sorry we missed you both, perhaps you turned right out of the café .Great ride though.
Sean Barker
Ahh that explains it Barry. We went right and gave chase. No wonder we couldn't catch you
DaveM
Could not join in the fun today so Mandy and I met up with Ivor and Chris at Julies for a quiet hour as there were no noisy cyclists in. Then to hospital for an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Srceening. 'What's that all about?' you say. See my post in General Chat.
