Sean Barker
Our good friend and regular Thursday rider Derek has been admitted to the QE with a blood clot in his lung. I was talking to him last week and he was telling me he had been laid low for a while with pneumonia, now whether this is a result of pneumonia or whether the original diagnosis was wrong I don't know. But here's wishing him a speedy and full recovery.
DaveM
I was talking to Derek some weeks ago and he said didn't feel too well. I can see why now. Lets hope they can sort him out now. Speedy recovery Derek.

DaveM
We were all pleased to see Derek today at the Tardebigge looking very well indeed and in good spirits. Derek came by car just to say hello but hopes he will soon be riding with us again.
Saracen RC Administrator
Just a thought, perhaps this topic should be moved to the open forums so Derek may be aware of our concerns and good wishes?

Mrs DAVIES
OMG! I rode home with Derek a few weeks ago and unusually he didn't keep up. I offered him a lift home but he said it was all downhill. Next I heard he had a chest infection. Now a PE? Christ! Get well soon Derek! You'll have to start coming out on a tandem! Slow some of the pace pushers down!
