DaveM Posted October 8, 2013 Report Share Posted October 8, 2013 So, to Lavender Hall Fisheries by way of the still leafy lanes of Warwickshire in warm Autumn sunshine we pedalled. Without delay or incident, except for when Pete Cooper's handlebars fell off. Sure enough in true Saracen club tradition - nobody paid a bit of notice, but he managed to sort out the problem and soon appeared at the cafe. Not much dangling of rods or purchasing of maggot's but enough pleasant banter and bacon munching before we retraced our steps at a fairly brisk pace. Great company today was made up of Ivor. Sean, Dave and Mandy, Leigh, Barry, Gary, Richard K, Colin A, Pete C, Dr. Dave, Dave M,Len H, Sean H, Brian B and Phil Coleman. Thanks Ivor for another memorable day.
