DaveM
Very leisurely pace through the lanes to Braceys Garden Centre with the sun eventually breaking through to give us a comfortable temperature. A very pleasant break at a stop that was new to most of us and I think the 'lady that likes lycra' was very pleased to see us. Not long after leaving the cafe we met up with Chrispy who had tried hard to reach us for the break and he joined us for the return leg. One of Barry's lucky pink tyres struck again as he punctured in a huge pothole but no damage to his wheel and we were soon off. A gallop developed in the final two miles to the Man on the Moon and gave Chispy a narrow win over Pete C. Today's group were Kay, Mandy, Ivor, Barry, Gary, 'Big Gear' Bob, Pete C, Chrispy, Colin, Dave M, Dave Cox, Dave Mortimer, Dr. Dave, Richard, Leigh and Len.
