  1. The weather is not looking too good for Sunday, but just in case let's aim for Hillers, going the short way via Radford, and starting from Tardebigge at 10 o'clock. Hope 🤞to see you in the morning. 🚲
  2. Happy birthday Judy, and many happy returns of the day.Ann and John. 🎂
  3. Sorry to hear of the passing of Pauline, we have so many memories of Pauline and Alan over the years. The good times through cycling, camping, weekends away and social events, so many happy memories through the years. R.I.P. Pauline. Ann and John.
  4. Happy birthday Pete, have a great day. Ann and John. 🎂
  5. Must try and get all this in order, so starting at the beginning I rode to TB to meet Bev and Tim, off we went and then met Chris and Alan coming towards us. So, carrying on , there were Barry and Steve, then just a little farther was Dave, and that was eight. Everything was going well (for a while) them Dave had a puncture (oh dear) but go it fixed in about ten minutes, right, off we went for about half a mile, then Barry had a puncture in the back wheel of his E-bike, I can only say that that one took a bit longer. So, after all of that it was decided that we should cut short and go to Bishampton, just before we got there Barry said to me, I wonder where Leigh is, I didn’t know that he was out, apparently he rode past the others earlier on and went on his own. Anyway, we got to the café, and just our luck, it was full of cyclists, so we sat outside, then it rained. It didn’t rain all that much but we didn’t stop there after we had finished feeding our faces. Not our finest day, but we got home safely. 🚲
  6. Many happy returns Eric for yesterday, hope you had a good day. Ann and John.
  7. Yes Alan, and up the Holloway.
  8. This week I think we'll head for Croome Park, we haven't seen there for some time, and the weather is looking reasonable. Starting from Tardebigge we'll be going via PB right and past Philpot towers etc. So, 10 o'clock Tardebigge, see y'all there. 🚲
  9. Happy birthday Roger, and many happy returns . Ann and John. 🎂🍷
  10. Well, four of us started from TB Moira, Bed, Julie and me, we were soon met by Dave and off we went toward Bewdley. However, Moira bailed out and went home via Chaddesley Corbett, had to see her Mum, Julie went with her, she had a bad back. So the rest of us, all three, carried on to the SVR station at Bewdley where we met Leigh. I think Leigh could tell a story about a can of WD 40, but he can tell that tale. So tea and things were consumed and the world was put to wrights, as usual. The station was done up in scary things for Halloween, but I Was a bit disappointed because not one train came through the station. Not much happened on the way home, we all got home safe and sound, not a bad day out. 🚲
  11. Happy Birthday Ivor, and many happy returns. Have a great day, Ann and John. 🎂🍷
  12. The Severn Valley Railway cafe, at Bewdley this week. Starting from Tardebigge at 10 o'clock we will be going via Coalash Lane and turning right, if anyone wants to meet there, and heading to Witchbold etc. So see you at TB don't forget to turn your clocks back one hour.. 🚲
  13. I'm told there are a lot of floods about, could be a bad one at PB, so I am going to stick to the plan if possible but if we can't get across I suggest that we either try and find our own way to Springridge and meet up later, or go back home and forget it. 🚲
  14. I think this week we could do the tour of the floods, and end up at Springridge. So 10 o'clock start from Tardebigge, and going via PB and turning left, there could be a flood to the right, and then through Inkberrow and Radford etc. See y'all in t'morning. 🚲
  15. Okay, 10. It is, see you there, 10 o’ clock. 🚲
  16. Sounds good to me , it's Micote by the way, I'll be there, see y'all in the morning. 🚲
  17. Bev, Roger and I set off from TB, via The Ridgway where we were joined by Barry and Steve. Going on across the bridge at Bidford and on to Blackminster where Chris and Allan had just arrived. We sat outside, not in the sunshine but it was fine. The weather was warming up by this time, so when we started for home it was quite pleasant. But the tea and tea cakes were even more pleasant. So off we went homewards at a good pace, a certain person on an E-bike got on the front, so we didn't seem to slow down up the hills, Anyway, in didn't take long to get back home. No photos again, never gave it a thought, you see why you girls are better at these write ups. 🚲
  18. This week will going to Blackminster, the weather is looking good🤞, so let's have a good turn out. We will be going via Feckenham, Bouts Lane and left up to the Ridgway. Starting from Tardebigge 9.30. 🚲
  19. Good ride, I enjoyed the ride very much. Got home just as the rain ☔️ started, but it didn’t come to anything. 👍let’s do it all again soon. 🚲
  20. I’ll be out, see y’all in t’morning. 🚲
  21. Well, not much to report them. Went out on my own, met Dave at the café, and we rode home together. It rained a bit and was a little windy. Not one of the better days. 🚲
  22. Happy birthday Kevin, and many happy returns. Ann and John. 🎂
  23. Well here we go again, the weather doesn’t look too good for Sunday. I was hoping to get a decent ride in, but I think it will have to be a loop round, keeping near to home. So I suggest we head for Springridge, going out via PB right, and up past Philpot Tours. 9.30 Tardebigge, fingers crossed 🤞 for the weather. 🚲
  24. We missed you too Julie, but we all have our problems, you’re probably wilting, and we’ve got the 🌬 🤪🚲
  25. Sorry, I meant the 17th. 😩🚲
