Sean Barker
Just thought I'd let you all know about my recent experience with Lezyne. The rubber covering for the on/off switch started to disintegrate, resulting in me not only unable to switch it on and off but leaving it vulnerable to water ingress I emailed the customer services department and explained my dilemma, to which I promptly received a reply asking for my postal address so they could send me a replacement rubber button by return of post at no cost. Just received it in this afternoons post and it works a treat. Hats off to Lezyne, great to know that there are still companies out there that value their customers.
