Just visited Leigh in hospital, he’s looking a bit better than the other day but still in loads of pain his breathing exercises are getting better and although he’s lost his taste he’s still trying to eat something. He refused a bed bath from me so I shan’t offer again. It’s going to be a long period of recovery but I know he’ll get through this especially with support from the club. 

Unfortunately not out, trying to get rid of this sciatica under orders from the chiropractor to stop all cycling for a short while but ok to sit like a statue on the turbo. Enjoy the ride all.

My chain came off today and decided to rap itself around my crank but help was at hand with fellow club mates and was soon making haste. So Thanks John for your help and you girls for your observations.So as I’ve already said to you Leigh it’s not a good idea to ride alone.

Still managed 31 painful miles I was glad to get home today but it was good to see everyone.

I had a nice ride out with my mate Stuart over the combertons and back to Pershore for a nice coffee and cake the rain caught up with us briefly before the cafe then caught up with us again 3 miles from home all in all 40 miles. Good to catch up with ya old cycle buddy’s. 

I’ll be there see you in the morning. 

Not out tomorrow again I have a 65th dinner party to go to.😀more 🍷I suppose!!! Hiccup

Unfortunately long hours at work as left me with very little energy to get out and enjoy myself but I’ll see y’all soon after my week away in Devon. Ride safe.
