Web Site Photos

Sean I spoke with Paul Haynes today and he tells me that photos will not open for him.  He is running XP.  I am forwarding this for him as he works shifts. Any idea's?

I've just logged onto his account and everything seems to be working perfectly.

I assume you mean he is having problems accessing the gallery?

 

What exactly is happening?

I will check when I see him again, but it would seem he just has icons or thumbnails in the posts where there are photos that normally open automatically. He is unable to open them by clicking on the icons.

I have had another look but there are no problems this end.

If he can let you know which browser he is using and if the problem is happening with different browsers.

I’m using Chrome and there are no problems at all.

Cheers Sean. OK I could ask him to download Google Chrome and see if that sorts it.

I had a chat with Paul today and we worked out it was a problem with his browser, either he needs to update his internet explorer to a newer version or he has a particularly aggressive add-on that is impacting on his ability to view photos.

He downloaded and installed Google Chrome and within that browser everything is working perfectly.
