Moira Posted February 27, 2022 Author Report Share Posted February 27, 2022 Nice to have a few out today apart Richard who was working ☹️ Starting from TB after I had to help dress Leigh as he’d forgotten to pull his braces over his shoulders and they were hanging down as were his pants glad I didn’t follow him to TB it would have been looking at the black hole of Calcutta 😝 Leigh with pants braces sorted , me , Julie , Bev , Kev , John and Tim we picked Barry up Flying Horse Lane and Tony near to Priest Bridge . No sign of the Phillpots as we past Philpott Manor. Quite windy on the way out hard going in some places but we made it to the cafe to find the Philpott’s sitting amongst the planting already eating tea and toast. Dave M had just arrived too. The Philpott’s had been for a walk luckily for Chris she no longer has to use a stop watch for the timed walk !! Leigh and Tony carried on home . Kev and Bev stopped to say quick hello then carried on home as Bev wanted Kev to do some painting ( Kev says she’s a slave driver 😂🤪 I’m joking Bev ) It was lovely and warm sitting in the polly tunnel surrounded by lovely plants. The service was actually a lot better this time. A nicer ride home as it was mainly a tail wind 💨 thank goodness.
