Went to a spinning class at the Gym .Unfortunately the only bikes free were at the front and I had hoped to hide at the back not under the gaze of people who could do it . There is a special place for spinning in cycling ....its called HELL . No back wheels to follow ,no downhills to glide down and I never thought I'd say this but no wind in your face.In fact no following wind either.
