Moira Posted July 29, 2018 Report Share Posted July 29, 2018 Bev and I went to a yoga class instead and got into some interesting positions one in particular where you were holding the plank then using your triceps dropping down to the floor with your bottom in the air sounds easy you try it as its not easy !!!! The instructer did make it look easy I'm sure we didn't look anything like her . But well done to Geraint Thomas and a lovely speech what will we now watch that the tour has finished.
