ChrisKENT Posted January 28, 2018 Report Share Posted January 28, 2018 Well it was like this:- Mr FICTITIOUS-FINGERLICKIN, Barry, Peter et moi departed for Stourport in high spirits & temperature. It soon became apparent that our two older statesmen were lacking in miles (even more so than the “Fistfighter” & I) their last outings having been in autumn 2017. Barry still seemed at the “top of his game” & non the worse of his layoff although Peter said he was struggling when the road went upward & about turned on reaching the A449 @ Dunhampton. On we pressed encountering a Beacon run as we did so & taking great care on the sandy & muddy descents of Lodge Bank & Lincoln Lane. Great grub, tea & conversation were enjoyed at the excellent value Stourport venue before a steady & wind assisted return via Titton, Hartlebury & Rushock!
