No pain unless my pelvis/left leg are moved.Think I fell on the edge of the curb as bruise is minor although pelvis is fractured! Shoulder I have been told is again damaged but no bruise and no fracture. Will be somewhere between 4 - 8 weeks recovery.Thanks for all the messages and calls - expect to see you all soon.Had little phone network availability and no internet until yesterday.regardsMike Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Take care and make a speedy recovery missing you out on the runs.
