Looks like I will miss out on the cakes as I will be riding a Sportive in the Forest of Dean weather permitting. I hope someone knows a way down the lanes and can take the group on a tour no less than 60 miles. Should be 70 plus but you might get lost. Have a good day. See you next week. The A's decided to head to Coffee 1 in Pershore today - given the wet weather, a desire by many for a gentler (or less bumpier) route and as a treat to the Birthday Boy given that the location is one of his preferred places to stop and indulge! A good steady pace was maintained from start to finish - but I admit to losing the strength in my legs a little towards the end! Thanks Mick for the company and the encouragement! However I was joined on the run down to Evesham by Chris Kent and Dave Mitchell. After the first hour the rain eased off and it was a nice day.
