Speedy Kev Posted May 25, 2015 Report Share Posted May 25, 2015 Garmin stats for the Saracen RC Sunday ride from the Forest pub I started using a Garmin 500 in January 2013 , it's effectively my digital training diary, I can look back at all my rides since then and see when, where what etc, so I decided to look back at all the Saracen club rides I have ridden and work out the averages to see what a typical Saracen "A" club ride is like according to Garmin!! I started riding on Sundays with Saracen RC in June 2014, and have ridden 33 Sunday club rides, inc two Saracen Audaxes. Total miles Average miles Total ascent in meters Average ascent Average speed mph 2388 72.3 34,843 1055 16.7 The furthest I have ridden is 97m, the shortest ridden is 46m, The least amount of ascent was 569m (last Sunday!!!) the most ascent was 1648m (one of Chris Pardoes airfield rides!!!) The highest average speed was 17.6 mph (not inc the Saracen Audax at 18.9mph) the lowest av speed was 15.2mph There isn't a Garmin stat 'yet' for Coffee and Cakes....
