rovi
Had a good run to the Armouries near Snitterfield. However, the steady run is in danger of becoming the NOT SO STEADY RUN. We had 2 ladies out today, which I was pleased to see, but the pace was a bit too high. Any comments?

Mrs DAVIES
Maybe I will end up permanently too late because of the school run!
Lancashire Lad
Ivor, I for one apologise, the pace out was steady, the ladies decided not to stop at the café because of time constraints, it all went wrong when four of us Garry Colin ,Pete' and myself, went away on Tamworth Hill on the way back, we should have waited at the top, instead the "red mist" came down and the pace went up. In future I suggest the rule should be that we wait at the top of hills as is normally the case. I seem to recall it recently happened on the A group run, As competitive individuals in the past and some still competing, we still have our memories of youth and enjoy silly moments, thinking we can still do what we did in a past life, only to end up sleeping when we get home.
