ChrisKENT
So Ivor, Barry, Tony, Fishnetknickers & Mr Grumpyoldgit ventured forth minus RegularnoshowbutusedtobereliableSean Their mirth & positivity had been added to by Peter & Derek's attendance @ Tardebigge, albeit short lived as they left at a greater rate of knots for alternative venue(s). Tony's suggestion of Craycombe was readily accepted with only Ivor preferring a shorter venue @ Grafton Flyford Church Hall! Beacon 'A' & VC Sprint runs passed us en-route to Craycombe where food & beverages were "top-drawer" with the exception of "Fishnetknickers's" scrambled egg(s) on one of two pieces of toast!!! My how the "underfed" can complain when left feeling undernourished & harddoneby!!! It would have been so much more embarrassing had he not have playing for my behemoth feast as well & to the chef of all people who espoused the virtues & size of his large free range eggs. Suitably replenished & having been joined by the delightful MS's Philpott & Sexton for a brief stop-off the quartet left for a "wind assisted" return leg even passing a large Beacon run with ease, when close to home! Sean you were missed but never forgotten................Mr Particularlygrumpyclogs!!!!!!
