The Greenway Picnic Park Milcote ( The Railway Carriage). 

The Forest, 9:30.  I hope the wind drops a bit. ?

Well what a blowy day it was, one minute we were zooming along and the next we were almost stood still. However we made it to the Railway ? carriage. Hard days ride, good company.

Out today were :-

Set out a little late heading for the Railway Carriage.

Decided to do a loop via Earlswood, Henley, then Stratford before taking a right turn

and cross to Milcote wind mainly from the right.

All going well until Earlswood where the front tyre took a puncture.

After much searching of the cover and not finding the offending  thorn, glass etc.

Fitted new tube and continued on my way. Pleased to say a couple of passing riders did offer assistance.

A couple of miles further on caught up Jim Duggan the second time in a week as we met him on Tuesday.

Had a short chat before he turned to head back home.

Continued on the Shipton road after leaving Stratford before turning right for Long Marsden by now the time is getting

on and the chances of catching the Bs is remote, plus have turned direct into a head wind.

But will still go to the cafe to collect the much needed points.

Thought I would take a couple of pictures for proof.

Time 12:40 note I haven't changed the time on the camera since last summer still will save doing it next week.

Not a cyclist to be found.

Now for the struggle home.

Hope it wasn't to cold for everyone in the carriage.

Will try to get my timing right next week.
