No. The whatsapp group was set up for me to know who was on the regular Tuesday ride to Defford. Once the numbers were confirmed I would reserve a table. Moira is the administrator for that group.

It was only 2C when I left home, the gritters had been out, the wind seemed light and the sun was shining. I met John halfway down Flying Horse Lane and on to Radford where Dave M was waiting. It was decided that a non stopper was best so we turned right at Bishampton to head home. I left John and Dave at the Huddington turn.

Chris and I will probably go by car.

Chris and I met Tim John Bev and Moira at the top of “The Big Hill” before descending down and past Ragley Hall to Bidford. A right turn took us up the Dunnington Drag and into Hillers where Tim went on alone. Dave M and Leigh had arrived before us. Chris and I drank our tea outside, had a chat with Leigh then went home into a strong head wind. Maybe one of the others could comment on their ride back. I think Moira was feeling the effects of the night before.

Ann, John, Dave M, Chris and myself caught the ferry to Broadacres and watched the rain. At midday we left and swam home.
