Outdoor exercise, including cycling, is one of the “specific purposes” for which people are allowed to leave or be outside their homes.

However, it is only permitted “with the people you live with, with your support bubble or, when on your own, with one person from another household."

That means that going for a ride in a group of up to six people, in line with the so-called “rule of six” will no longer be possible.
