COVID 19 UPDATE - LOCKDOWN #3 - Effective Tuesday 5th January - Click here for more guidance on riding with others during the third lockdown

This announcement is no longer active

Outdoor exercise, including cycling, is one of the “specific purposes” for which people are allowed to leave or be outside their homes.

However, it is only permitted “with the people you live with, with your support bubble or, when on your own, with one person from another household."

That means that going for a ride in a group of up to six people, in line with the so-called “rule of six” will no longer be possible.

Click here for the latest guidance regarding the number of people you can ride with and how far you can travel to exercise from the British Cycling website.
